Digital editions
Digital editions are not shipped. They are available the moment your payment clears — from the confirmation screen, from your receipt email, and permanently from your account under Orders. No shipping charge applies.
Print editions
We print, pack and ship every paperback and hardcover ourselves. Nothing is outsourced, which means we see every book before it goes in the envelope.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday go out the next business day.
Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the United States, and internationally to most countries. If checkout will not accept your address, email us and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

Free Media Mail shipping on US orders over $35.
Media Mail is a US Postal Service rate reserved for books. It is the cheapest way to send them and it is why our shipping costs less than most bookstores’. It is also slower than Priority, and it is not tracked as closely. If you need a book by a particular date, choose Priority.
International delivery

International times are estimates and customs can add delay we cannot predict or control.
Tracking
Priority Mail and all international orders include tracking, emailed on dispatch. Media Mail includes basic delivery confirmation. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to start updating.
Mixed orders
If you order digital and print together, your digital files are available immediately. They do not wait for the print items to ship.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees when the parcel arrives. These are set by your government, are not included in our prices, and are your responsibility. We cannot predict them, cannot pay them for you, and cannot refund them. We declare all parcels accurately and at full value, as the law requires.
Wrong addresses
We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please check it. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or undeliverable, we will refund the cost of the books minus the original shipping charge, or reship at your cost — your choice.
Late or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date for domestic orders, or 30 days for international, email orders@vraibook.com with your order number. We will chase it, and where a parcel is genuinely lost we will reship or refund you in full.
