These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://vraibook.com/ (the “Site”) and any purchases made from Vraibook LLC (“Vraibook,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Online Store

Vraibook LLC operates an online bookstore offering books and editions displayed on the Site, including titles organized within collections such as Crime Classics, Adventure, Horror Classics, Literary Classics, and other collections that may be made available from time to time.

The Site uses WooCommerce technology to provide online shopping and e-commerce functionality.

Products available for purchase, their formats, prices, availability, and applicable product information are displayed on the relevant product pages.

3. Eligibility to Use the Site

You may use the Site only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

If you have not reached the age of legal majority in your state of residence, you should use the Site and make purchases only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our Site or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including titles, authors, formats, descriptions, images, prices, and availability.

5. Book Editions and Intellectual Property

Certain literary works offered through our store may be works whose underlying text is in the public domain in the United States.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to claim exclusive copyright ownership over an underlying literary work that is lawfully in the public domain.

However, the Vraibook name, branding, website design, original graphics, product presentation, original descriptions, formatting, photographs, logos, and other original or licensed materials displayed on the Site may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use protected Vraibook materials without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

6. Prices

Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed for the selected product and format at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine pricing errors as described below.

Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected where required by law.

Standard shipping within the United States is currently provided free of charge.

We aim to present prices clearly and do not intentionally conceal mandatory product charges from customers.

7. Pricing and Listing Errors

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, typographical, technical, pricing, inventory, or other listing errors may occasionally occur.

If we identify a material error affecting an order before fulfillment, we may contact you to explain the issue and, where appropriate, offer the choice to proceed under corrected terms or cancel the affected item or order for a full refund.

We will not substitute a materially different price or product without providing appropriate notice.

8. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products selected during checkout.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

Product unavailability;
Incorrect pricing or material listing errors;
Payment authorization failure;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
Violation of these Terms; or

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no merchandise is provided, the applicable payment will be refunded.

11. Shipping Destination

Vraibook LLC currently ships orders within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Standard shipping for eligible orders within the United States is free.

12. Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

After processing, estimated delivery normally takes 2–6 business days.

The estimated total timeframe from order placement to delivery is therefore generally 3–8 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. federal holidays.

13. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

Orders placed after the cut-off time may begin processing on the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or applicable U.S. federal holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

14. Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are based on our normal processing and delivery operations.

If circumstances arise that prevent us from shipping an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide appropriate notice and handle the delay, cancellation, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

15. Customer Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Please verify your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and other relevant information before submitting your order.

If you identify an error after placing an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment, but changes cannot always be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

16. Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible returns within the United States receive free return shipping.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Restocking fee: $0.00.

17. Exchanges

We accept eligible exchanges within the applicable 30-day return period.

Exchanges are subject to product and format availability.

If a requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another appropriate resolution or issue a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

18. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We process an approved return refund within 7 business days after the returned item has been received, reviewed, and approved.

Your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund after we have issued it.

19. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team promptly.

We may request your order number, a description of the issue, and reasonable supporting information such as photographs where necessary to assess the claim.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

20. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor cancellation requests made before the order has entered fulfillment or shipment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may instead need to be handled through our standard return process after delivery.

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or other special offers.

Any promotion may be subject to separate eligibility conditions, expiration dates, product restrictions, or other terms disclosed with the offer.

Promotions have no cash value unless expressly stated and may not be combined with other offers unless we specifically permit it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vraibook LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use the Site where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded, or any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

30. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting directly from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

This provision does not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

31. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of California, United States, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, except where another applicable law provides you with mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

33. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.
