All product prices and order amounts displayed on our Site are stated in
U.S. dollars (USD), unless expressly indicated otherwise.

If your bank, card issuer, or payment provider operates in another currency,
that provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or other charges.
Any such third-party charges are determined by the applicable financial
institution and are not controlled by Vraibook LLC.

selected book and physical format at the time you place your order.

Different formats, including Paperback and Hardback editions, may have
different prices. Please review the selected format and its displayed price
before completing checkout.

Prices may change from time to time. A later price change will not ordinarily
alter the price of an order that has already been validly placed, except where
a genuine material pricing error must be addressed in accordance with our
Terms of Service and applicable law.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected where required by
applicable federal, state, or local law.

Any applicable tax amount will be shown during checkout before you submit
your order.

7. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within the United States.

Vraibook LLC currently ships within the United States only.

No standard shipping fee is charged for eligible U.S. orders under our
current shipping terms.

8. Price Transparency

We aim to present product prices and order costs clearly before a customer
submits an order.

Any mandatory non-governmental charge imposed by Vraibook LLC, if applicable,
will be disclosed and incorporated into the displayed price where required
by applicable law.

Government-imposed taxes may be calculated separately and displayed during
checkout where permitted by law.

no merchandise is provided, the applicable amount will be refunded to the
original payment method.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product prices and checkout
information. However, genuine typographical, technical, or system errors may

If a material pricing or payment error is identified before fulfillment,

return process after delivery.

16. Returns and Exchanges

Vraibook LLC accepts eligible returns and exchanges within
30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible returns within the United States receive
free return shipping.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

17. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the
original payment method used for the purchase.

For an approved return, Vraibook LLC processes the refund within
7 business days after the returned item has been received,
reviewed, and approved.

After we issue a refund, the customer’s bank, card issuer, digital wallet,
or other payment provider may require additional time to post the credit
to the customer’s account.

Processing times controlled by a bank or payment provider are outside
Vraibook LLC’s direct control.

18. Refund Amounts

For an approved return, the refund will generally include the amount paid
for the eligible returned merchandise.

No restocking fee will be deducted from an eligible approved refund.

Standard outbound shipping is currently free for eligible U.S. orders,
so there is normally no standard outbound shipping charge to deduct from
the refund.

19. Duplicate or Unrecognized Charges

If you believe that you were charged more than once for the same order,
notice a payment amount that does not match your order, or do not recognize
a transaction associated with Vraibook LLC, please contact us promptly.

Please provide your order number and sufficient information to allow us
to review the transaction without sending complete card details by email.

Nothing in this Payment Policy limits any billing dispute or consumer
protection rights that may be available to you under applicable law or
through your card issuer or payment provider.

20. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern regarding an order or transaction, you are welcome
to contact our support team so that we can investigate the matter and
attempt to resolve it.

Contacting us does not waive or limit any right you may have to dispute
an eligible charge with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider under
applicable law.

Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available for compatible customers,
browsers, and devices.

When you use a digital wallet, the wallet provider may process information
in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
