Vraibook LLC currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within the United States.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. federal holidays.

After processing, estimated delivery normally takes 2–6 business days. The estimated total timeframe from order placement to delivery is therefore generally 3–8 business days.

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Orders placed after the cut-off may begin processing on the following business day.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Yes. Eligible returns within the United States receive free return shipping when our provided return procedure is followed.

No. Vraibook LLC does not charge a restocking fee. Restocking fee: $0.00.

Yes. We accept eligible exchanges within the applicable 30-day return period. Exchanges are subject to product and format availability.

Contact our customer support team at support@vraibook.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the item involved, and the reason for your request. Our team will provide the applicable return instructions.

Once an eligible returned item has been received, reviewed, and approved, Vraibook LLC processes the refund within 7 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit after we issue it.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before the order enters fulfillment or shipment. Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.
